Today explore the nature of Leuser National Park, there is possibility to see Orang Utan on their own habitat and other kind of animal such as Thomas leaf monkeys, long tail macaque, gibbon, black gibbon and other kind of flora and fauna of tropical rain forest. This trekking will take about 03 hours, after trekking return to hotel. In the afternoon you could make a stroll through the village.
Today leave for Brastagi , visit enroute Sembahe River and Sibolangit ( passing through the dense forest ) .Upon arrival Brastagi you will visit Lhumbini Natural Park with its duplicate of Shwedagon pagoda in Myanmar, visit local fruit market, and Gundaling Hill where you able to see two volcanoes peaks ( Mount Sinabung and Mount Sibayak )
Early morning drives to the slope of Sibayak volcano. Mount Sibayak is an active stratovolcano ( 2 094 meters above sea level ). At 4am you start to hike to the rim of the volcano. Under guidance of experienced guide, it’s 3 hours to the top. The Mt. Sibayak volcano offers of Sumatras most spectacular sunrise views all the way to Medan , Berastagi , and Mt. Sinabung. Hike is including guide and snack/hot drink. You even get to soothe tired muscle in some nearby hot springs after the hike. Afterward visit vegetables, fruits and flowers markets.

Today drive to Parapat – is a small town on the edge of Lake Toba , visit enroute Batak Karo traditional village at Dokan, stop at Sipiso-piso waterfall, Rumah Bolon (Long house) is a northern Sumatra traditional house. Boarding on ferry to Samosir island. Upon arrival Samosir island transfer to hotel.
After breakfast excursion on Samosir Island by car, visiting several Batak Toba traditional villages such as :
Afterward a visit to a local school and a village where the people make traditional hand weaving. Afternoon back to hotel.
Today you could make a stroll through the village.
Today we leave Sipirok and continue the trip towards Bukittinggi. It’s the core of Minangkabau culture , located on top of a hill. During the trip we will pass through the rainforests of Rimba Panti, and we will make a stop to see how the monkeys have fun picking up coconuts. We will visit the peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom plantations. You will cross the equator line in Bonjol from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere. Afternoon arrive at Bukittinggi and directly check in at the hotel.
Today we will go to Minangkabau. Before arriving at our destination, we will pass Batu Sangkar and Tabek Patah. Along the way, we will also stop in Rao-Rao to visit a traditional village in Minangkabau where we will see how coffee is traditionally ground.
Arriving at Batu Sangkar, we continue to Pagaruyung to visit the duplicate of the Minangkabau Kingdom Palace and Museum. In the afternoon we return to Bukittinggi by Padang Panjang and visit Pandai Sikat village to see traditional Minangkabau hand weaving and wood carving. We return to the hotel in the afternoon.
After breakfast, we will pick you up to go to Puncak Lawang to continue our trip in Sumatra. In the way we will stop in the town of Kota Gadang to see how they traditionally make silver.
Once we got to Puncak Lawang, we will start our trekking towards Minjau. We will pass through the forest of Lawang and on the way to Maninjau Lake, we will make a stop to enjoy a local coffee in a traditional coffee shop in the jungle. During the trek we will have the opportunity to walk along the edge of the fields rice and traditional villages.
After breakfast, we drive to a town called Koto Baru (45min by car) where we will start our cycling day visiting towns of the most natural and ecological way possible, by bike. Along the way in the villages that are on the slope of the Marapi volcano, we will have the possibility to see the magnificent views of Bukittingi city, endless fields of rice with its workers, and we will even have the possibility of seeing workers in the old blacksmiths manufacturing knives, axes and swords, in the oldest medieval style.
On the way we will stop at a local cafeteria to share a coffee with the villagers and we will even have the opportunity to visit some local houses or to help them in local tasks. In the afternoon, I return to the hotel.
After brekfast drive to Padang via Anai Valley, on the way stop at Anai Waterfall. Upon arrival Padang direct transfer to Padang – Minangkabau International Airport. Upon arrival Denpasar – Bali direct transfer to Sanur
Sanur is a pleasant and beautiful beach atmosphere. Sanur is smaller, quieter, and more beautiful than other destinations such as Kuta or Legian. Several nice restaurants in typical Balinese atmosphere provide both Balinese and International menus. Sanur is also a great place to walk. Distances are not large and there is a nice, paved beach front path which runs the whole length of the district.

The Uluwatu Temple is one of the most beautiful and regarded as one of the six most important temples on the island of Bali. It’s located on the high cliffs on the west coast of Peninsula of Nusa Dua. Here the Kecak dance is performed by men, all bare-chested and wearing a black and white checked cloth around their waist. Sitting in a circle and percussively chanting ” chack a- chack – chack and throwing up their arms. The Kecak dance tells a tale from Ramayana epic. After Kecak dance you will enjoy a delicious dinner in a romantic atmosphere on Jimbaran beach.
